DELIVERY

MOSYS SRL delivers products throughout Romania, via Sameday courier service. Shipping is free for all orders, and shipping is made to the address specified during the order completion process.

The order is considered concluded at the time of issuing the tax invoice, which takes the place of a contract according to Romanian legislation in force.

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with the products they purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return the products, in accordance with OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights.

1. Right of return

• The return can be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

• The right of withdrawal is only applicable to individuals who have purchased products remotely.

• No reason for return is required and no penalties are charged.

2. Conditions for accepting returns

• Products must be in new condition , unused, with no signs of damage or wear.

• The original packaging must be present and undamaged (may be opened).

• They must be returned together with all accessories and related documents (invoice, warranty certificate - if applicable).

• Products that show signs of use, physical changes, bumps or scratches will not be accepted for return .

3. Steps for returning the product

1. Fill out the return form – You will find a return form in each package. Fill it out with the required information.

2. Pack the product appropriately to prevent any damage during transport.

3. Send the product by courier , according to the instructions on the return form. Return costs are borne by the customer.

4. After receiving and checking the product, the refund will be made within 5–14 business days , using the same payment method used for purchase.
