Payment Methods

To purchase products from the Mosys store, we offer the following payment methods:

Payment by cash on delivery system

Cash on delivery, also called “Cash on delivery” in checkout, is made in full upon delivery of the order. Payment will be made in cash (RON) upon delivery of the package. You will pay the courier the amount on the invoice, namely the value of the products and, if applicable, the shipping fee.

Online payment by card

Debit card payment processing is provided and secured by Shopify through the Shopify Payments service. Accepted cards are VISA and Mastercard.

If the card is associated with an account in a currency other than RON, transactions are made in RON, at the exchange rate of the issuing bank for the respective card. No additional transaction fee is charged.

How can you pay online with your card?

On the checkout page, in the "Payment" section, "By Card" will appear pre-selected as the first option. You can enter your card details directly from the checkout page, without being redirected to another page. Make sure that all order details and card details are correct and click "PAY NOW".

The transaction will also be confirmed by email, to the account address created in the Mosys platform or to the email address entered on the checkout page. If the payment was not authorized, you will be able to try again immediately after the failed payment message is displayed.
