How do I choose the right product?

Each product has a description on its page that contains important information about the product, such as the material it is made of, its size, weight, number of pieces, recommended age of use, and other useful information.

How do I check if a product is available?

If the desired product variant is displayed on our website, then the product is available and can be ordered.

How often do you update your inventory?

The products are available only on order, so there is no physical stock of the products, only physical stock of the raw materials. When the order is placed, the product goes into production and is delivered to the customer within 5-7 business days.

How can I place an order?

After visiting a product page, you will be able to add it to your cart. After you have chosen the products you wish to order, you can visit your cart, and then you can go to the Checkout page to complete your order. If you encounter any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact us by phone, and we will assist you and place the order for you.

Can I order products that are out of stock?

Because there is no physical stock of the products, they will always have the mention "Product available only on order, with delivery in 5-7 business days!". So, yes, products can be ordered out of stock, because they enter the production process as soon as the order is placed and confirmed. If a product is mentioned as out of stock, it means that production for that product has been temporarily suspended.

How can I pay for an order?

You can pay with secure online payment with your card. Follow the steps in CheckOut and it will be very easy for you to pay

Delivery & Returns

How long can you deliver an order?

Mosys products enter the production process as soon as the order has been placed and confirmed, so the products will be delivered to the courier company within a maximum of 5-7 business days.

How can I return the ordered products?

1. Fill out the return form – You will find a return form in each package. Fill it out with the required information.
2. Pack the product appropriately to prevent possible damage during transport.
3. Send the product by courier, according to the instructions on the return form. Return costs are borne by the customer.
4. After receiving and checking the product, the refund will be made within 5–14 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Can you deliver as a gift?

Yes! You can choose a different delivery address than your billing address during the checkout process, and in the order notes you can provide us with all the necessary details so that we can ensure that we prepare your order exactly as you want.
